Euro 4 Diesel, dal 1° ottobre scattano le limitazioni

MANTOVA – Dalla Regione, dopo la sospensione dovuta alla pandemia, è arrivato il via libera alla reintroduzione delle misure che limitano la circolazione ai veicoli Euro 4.

Con il termine dello stato di emergenza nazionale il 31 marzo 2022, i veicoli Euro 4 Diesel a partire dal 1° ottobre 2022, saranno soggetti a limitazioni alla circolazione, come già accade per i veicoli fino a Euro 3 e i veicoli a benzina fino a Euro 1. A partire da tale data verranno pertanto avviati anche i controlli da parte della Polizia Municipale.

“Attenzione – avverte l’assessore all’Ambiente del Comune di Mantova Andrea Murari – con la fine dell’emergenza Covid ritornano le limitazioni alla circolazione previste da Regione Lombardia, e dal 1° di ottobre ricominceranno anche i controlli, con il rischio di prendere la multa. È importante quindi diffondere il più possibile questa informazione per evitare brutte sorprese agli automobilisti. Ricordo che è possibile mettersi in regola anche per i mezzi più inquinanti, che comprendono anche gli Euro 4 Diesel, aderendo al servizio MoVe-In, un dispositivo che controlla il rispetto di un numero massimo di chilometri percorribili per le auto che hanno un impatto più alto”.

La limitazione alla circolazione per i veicoli euro 4 va dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 7.30 alle 19.30 dal 1° ottobre al 31 marzo di ogni anno.

Per questi veicoli tuttavia la circolazione può essere consentita, anche nei giorni e nelle fasce orarie sopra indicate, aderendo al servizio MoVe-In.

Regione Lombardia ha avviato il progetto MoVeIn (Monitoraggio Veicoli Inquinanti), che prevede la possibilità di monitorare le percorrenze dei veicoli quindi l’entità dell’inquinamento generato, installando a bordo un dispositivo (la cosiddetta scatola nera) in grado di fornire a Regione Lombardia i dati di percorrenza reale nel corso di un anno.

L’adesione al servizio MoVe-In permette quindi di evitare i blocchi orari e giornalieri vigenti, ma sarà monitorato attraverso il conteggio dei Km percorsi che dovrà rispettare un tetto massimo di chilometri anno, che viene stabilito in base alla tipologia e alla classe ambientale del veicolo.

L’installazione avviene presso un elettrauto convenzionato.

La delibera n. 6545 del 20 giugno 2022 ha disposto che l’adesione al servizio Move-In in Lombardia per i veicoli Euro 4 Diesel possa essere effettuata a partire dal 1° settembre 2022, con attivazione del monitoraggio a partire dal 1° ottobre 2022.
