QUISTELLO – Dopo 24 anni Quistello volta pagina. E il nome di “Quistello Cambia” questa volta è stato davvero profetico. La candidata della lista civica progressista Gloriana Dall’Oglio è infatti il nuovo sindaco del Comune dell’Oltrepò mantovano dove dal 1997 la lista civica Insieme per Quistello aveva sempre vinto prima con Gemelli, poi con Pastacci e Malavasi.
Gemelli però era stato sindaco anche nel precedente mandato con la Dc, quindi di fatto è dal 1993 che il Comune di Quistello faceva riferimento sempre allo stesso gruppo.
Gloriana Dall’Oglio ha battuto la sfidante Cristina Viaro, candidata di Insieme per Quistello, ottenendo 1248 voti, corrispondenti al 51,46%. La Viaro si è fermata a 1177 voti.
La nuova prima cittadina, 59 anni, sposata e madre di una figlia, lavora come quadro direttivo bancario in una società di Information Technology. Ha una lunga esperienza amministrativa alle spalle, era capogruppo di minoranza nel precedente mandato. E’ segretario del circolo Pd di Quistello e presidente dell’Assemblea provinciale dei Dem.
La sua lista “Quistello Cambia” si è fortemente caratterizzata però fin da subito nel segno del civismo diventando punto di riferimento anche per parte dell’associazionismo e del volontariato locale.
