Il paziente ritrovato: un corso per i caregiver familiari

MANTOVA – Anche a Mantova, dopo Verona e Vicenza,  nasce la rete per i caregiver familiari con un progetto denominato: “Il paziente ritrovato” che verrà presentato via web il 25 giugno alle 17. Si tratta di un’idea portata avanti, tra gli altri, dal Consorzio di Cooperative sociali SOL.CO e di Associazioni di volontariato fra cui A.L.I.CE che opera per i malati di ictus e patrocinato dal Comune di Mantova.
Il progetto
l caregiver familiare è la persona che si prende cura gratuitamente e volontariamente di una persona cara non autosufficiente o fragile. Il familiare che assume compiti di cura , ancora più nell’attuale emergenza, rappresenta una risorsa indispensabile per il welfare delle comunità. Senza un adeguato sistema di supporto, prendersi cura di un famigliare può infatti influire negativamente sulle condizioni economiche, sulle reti sociali e sul benessere bio-psico-fisico del caregiver, spesso definito un “paziente nascosto”. Per poter svolgere al meglio il proprio compito, il caregiver deve essere sempre più competente, in modo da poter affrontare le problematiche della gestione dell’assistenza di un proprio caro fragile o non autosufficiente con la necessaria consapevolezza. Per questo motivo una rete formata da imprese sociali e Istituzioni fra cui. Yeah di Verona e Curare a casa di Vicenza, coordinate dalla Cooperativa sociale Anziani e non solo, che da oltre un decennio si occupa dei diritti e dei servizi per i familiari, sta avviando a Mantova (oltre che a Verona e Vicenza) un progetto denominato “Il paziente ritrovato” sostenuto dalla Fondazione Cariverona .
Obiettivi
Il progetto ha l’obiettivo di aiutare i caregiver familiari con servizi dedicati di informazione e formazione e di valorizzare, con interventi di inclusione sociale. Per renderli attori attivi di un modello di welfare più sostenibile, soprattutto in vista dell’invecchiamento demografico in corso.
Il corso
Il 25 giugno dalle ore 17 si terrà un Seminario Web di ascolto dei bisogni dei Caregiver familiari aperto agli operatori dei servizi, del terzo settore e dell’associazionismo. Sono previste: comunicazioni di Mariangela Remondini Dirigente dei Servizi sociali, di Manuela Righi Presidente del Consorzio Sol.Co. e di Alberto Malagutti di A.L.I.CE Mantova, testimonianze, approfondimenti e confronti interattivi. Aprirà i lavori l’Assessore al welfare Andrea Caprini.
