MANTOVA – Si chiama DomusMed ed è il servizio sperimentale di diagnostica a domicilio per il quale la Fondazione Mazzali ha ottenuto dalla Fondazione Cariverona un contributo di 210 mila euro.
Il progetto è stato presentato questa mattina da Mara Gazzoni, presidente della Fondazione Mazzali, ente capofila, affiancata dai rappresentanti degli altri partner coinvolti nella sperimentazione, e quindi Comune di Mantova, Aspef, Associazione Cuore Amico, Consorzio Progetto Solidarietà e la società HR- HomeRay. Il progetto metterà a disposizione degli anziani e disabili del comune di Mantova una serie di importanti indagini diagnostiche: elettrocardiogrammi, ecocardiogrammi, radiografie, Holter cardiaco, TSA, elettromiografie e potenziali evocati.
Oggi, se un anziano o un disabile con difficoltà di deambulazione, o comunque di spostamento, deve sottoporsi a una di queste indagini deve recarsi in ospedale o in un centro diagnostico convenzionato o privato facendosi carico della prenotazione e del costo, di un’ambulanza o di un mezzo idoneo e di un accompagnatore.
Una volta effettuato l’accertamento dovrà attendere il referto, e che il medico di famiglia o lo specialista lo valuti al fine della diagnosi. Tante dunque le criticità.
Con Domus-Med il soggetto fragile potrà eseguire invece gli esami a casa propria pagando un ticket di 35 euro, salvo che non si tratti di una persona non abbiente in carico ai Servizi sociali per la quale la prestazione sarà gratuita. Il referto viene rilasciato in tempi brevi grazie alla telemedicina. La sperimentazione durerà due anni e partirà il 15 giugno, con la speranza di poter dare poi continuità al progetto ampliando l’ambito territoriale oltre al comune capoluogo
