MANTOVA Fin da quando era stato nominato il cda della Fondazione “Mazzali” nei giorni scorsi il nome di Mara Gazzoni veniva dato in pole position per la presidenza. Previsioni confermate perchè la Gazzoni è stata nominata presidente della Fondazione per il quinquennio 2019-2024.
Il Consiglio di amministrazione l’ha eletta con l’unanimità dei voti.
Tra i nuovi volti del Cda, oltre a Mara Gazzoni nominata dal Sindaco di Mantova Palazzi, ci sono Marco Germiniasi (nomina sempre del Comune di Mantova espressione della minoranza) e Mario Anghinoni, nominato dal Sindaco di Marmirolo.
Conferma invece per Nicola Smania per conto dell’Università di Verona.
Massimo Busani, altra nomina del sindaco del capoluogo, è già stato amministratore del Mazzali dal 1998 al 2004 con la presidenza di Luigi Benevelli.
Il presidente uscente Luca Talarico, che ha convocato la seduta odierna, dopo aver formulato le sue felicitazioni per i nuovi incarichi, ha presentato l’articolata realtà della Fondazione, con i suoi attuali 300 dipendenti, 13 milioni di fatturato, 3 sedi e importanti lavori di ampliamento nella sede di via Trento.
Da parte sua, Mara Gazzoni, ha espresso apprezzamento per il lavoro svolto dal precedente Consiglio, affermando di essere onorata per l’incarico e ringraziando il sindaco Palazzi per la fiducia accordatale.
