Residenzialità aperta e leggera nelle rsa, raccolta firme dei sindacati

MANTOVA – “Una scelta vera e libera, per vivere serenamente la vecchiaia, e non un percorso determinato dalla mancanza di alternative”: questo, per un anziano, dovrebbe significare il ricovero in RSA. Ne sono convinti i tre segretari generali dei sindacati dei pensionati di Mantova, Carlo Falavigna di SPI-CGIL, Giusy Amadasi FNP-CISL ed Emilio Benfatti di UILP-UIL. Con questo obiettivo ha preso il via nella nostra provincia, come in tutta la Lombardia, una campagna di raccolta firme per chiedere ai vertici di Regione Lombardia un cambio anche normativo all’interno delle residenze sanitarie assistenziali. È possibile firmare presso tutte le sedi sindacali dei pensionati SPI, FNP e UILP della Lombardia, oppure online sulla piattaforma change.org. Ecco il link: http://tiny.cc/arsvtz “Con la raccolta firme chiediamo lo sviluppo di forme di residenzialità aperta e leggera e l’integrazione tra RSA e servizi sociosanitari territoriali, condizioni fondamentali perché gli anziani possano vivere serenamente” spiegano i tre sindacalisti. “Chiediamo poi alla Regione di garantire una copertura reale di quel 50% del costo totale del ricovero riferibile alla parte sanitaria come d’altra parte previsto dalla legislazione nazionale (decreto legislativo 30 dicembre 1992, n. 502): questo aiuterebbe anche a raggiungere un altro importante obiettivo che è la regolazione della quota retta a carico delle famiglie secondo criteri di sostenibilità economica. Riteniamo poi fondamentali il rafforzamento del personale, l’istituzione di percorsi di formazione e la trasparenza su dati, esiti di cure e rette. Tenuto conto del periodo che stiamo attraversando si aggiunge come richiesta la possibilità di svolgere visite in sicurezza. Non possiamo rischiare che dopo le drammatiche vicende che hanno toccato le RSA durante la primavera scorsa queste strutture oggi passino nuovamente in secondo piano nella discussione politica. In una comunità civile le RSA sono necessarie e per avviare un cambiamento indispensabile occorre che ciascuno faccia la propria parte”.

  47. Тема «Четыре типа в Дизайне Человека» важна для понимания не только на теоретическом, но и на практическом уровне.
