MILANO – Il presidente di Regione Lombardia Attilio Fontana, in qualità di Commissario delegato per l’emergenza e ricostruzione in Lombardia, ha firmato tre nuove ordinanze, pubblicate sul Burl (Bollettino Ufficiale Regione Lombardia) di oggi, 8 luglio, con cui vengono definiti i termini e stanziati i fondi a favore dei territori della provincia di Mantova colpiti dal sisma del 2012.
30 OTTOBRE TERMINE ULTIMO RENDICONTO INTERVENTI AGRICOLTURA
Con l’Ordinanza n. 581, viene individuato un termine unico per la presentazione della rendicontazione della spesa a saldo, per gli interventi finanziati per il settore Agricoltura e Agroindustria, prevista dalle Ordinanze n. 13, 15 e 16. L’Ordinanza stabilisce che il termine ultimo per la presentazione della rendicontazione dei lavori è il 30 ottobre 2020. Questo termine si rende necessario per permettere ai responsabili del procedimento di istruire gli atti e disporre i pagamenti entro fine anno, nel rispetto della scadenza perentoria di validità dei conti correnti bancari vincolati assegnati ai singoli beneficiari del settore agricoltura fissata al 31 dicembre 2020. Il termine ultimo per la ‘fine dei lavori’ rimane il 30 settembre 2020.
CONTRIBUTI PER LA RIPARAZIONE DI IMMOBILI AD USO PRODUTTIVO
Con l’Ordinanza n. 582, si provvede alla prima tranche di 41.700 euro per 3 progetti di ricostruzione post-sisma di attività produttive agricole, esito delle istruttorie relative al Bando ‘Avviso Pubblico Imprese’, in regime di ‘de minimis’, ossia nel rispetto del limite massimo stabilito dall’Unione Europea, che per il settore agricolo non deve superare i 20.000 euro nel triennio. Con il successivo Bando ‘INAIL 6’, sono stati riaperti i termini per la concessione di contributi in conto capitale a favore di imprese, per il finanziamento di interventi per la rimozione di carenze strutturali e per il rafforzamento locale finalizzato al raggiungimento di almeno il 60 per cento della sicurezza sismica richiesta per un edificio nuovo, con un budget di oltre 1 milione di euro. Le domande, valutate a sportello, sono presentabili esclusivamente tramite il portale https://gefo.servizirl.it/sisma/ entro il 30 settembre 2020.
AGGIORNAMENTO RIPARTO CONTRIBUTI PER CENTRI STORICI DEI COMUNI
Con l’Ordinanza n. 583, si procede ad una rideterminazione – a seguito dell’analisi del reale fabbisogno di interventi di riqualificazione e rifunzionalizzazione dei centri storici – dei contributi provvisori pro quota già assegnati e attualmente incrementati sino a 32,5 milioni di euro. Il nuovo riparto consentirà di fatto anche ai Comuni di Moglia, Poggio Rusco e San Benedetto Po di disporre della copertura finanziaria necessaria alla rinascita dei centri storici con la procedura degli Accordi di Programma.
