VIADANA – Nei giorni scorsi i Carabinieri della stazione di Viadana hanno denunciato due uomini, G.P., classe 1975 nato a Foggia e residente a Brescello, e C.M., classe 1976 nato a Napoli e residente a Parma, per ricettazione, in quanto trovati in possesso di numerosi alimenti e pezzi di formaggio di provenienza illecita.
Il fatto risale al 21 ottobre, quando i due uomini sono stati fermati a Viadana a bordo di un’autovettura durante un controllo alla circolazione stradale da parte dei Carabinieri di Viadana. Durante il controllo i militari hanno rinvenuto nel bagagliaio numerose confezioni di formaggio (prive di etichette che erano state asportate), e delle quali gli occupanti del veicolo non sono riusciti a fornire alcun titolo o ricevuta d’acquisto, né una chiara spiegazione circa la loro provenienza.
I due uomini sono stati dunque portati presso il Comando per compiere gli accertamenti necessari; le indagini dei militari hanno appurato che la merce era stata asportata il giorno stesso presso due supermercati, uno di Colorno e l’altro di Casalmaggiore.
I Carabinieri della Stazione di Viadana quindi, dopo i necessari accertamenti, hanno denunciato i due uomini all’Autorità Giudiziaria di Mantova per ricettazione in concorso; tutti gli alimenti venivano invece sottoposti a sequestro, a disposizione dell’Autorità Giudiziaria.
