MANTOVA – Con la pubblicazione della legge 9 novembre 2021, n. 156, di conversione del D.L. 121, è stata accolta la proposta di modifica dell’art. 105 del Codice della Strada, presentata dal Cnel nell’estate di due anni fa.
Dopo la lunga pausa del Covid-19, il testo – predisposto dagli agromeccanici di Cai – è diventato legge e consente di superare i limiti contenuti nella vecchia stesura dell’articolo sui convogli agricoli: da un lato, la lunghezza viene estesa a m 18,75; dall’altro, è ora consentito superare tale limite previa autorizzazione da parte dell’ente proprietario della strada.
La proposta di modifica trovò già due anni fa la piena adesione del Cnel, che la fece subito inserire fra le proposte di modifica del Codice della Strada, presentate da varie forze politiche e relativi gruppi parlamentari.

Di tutto questo dobbiamo ringraziare il Cnel, che per primo ha riconosciuto la validità delle istanze della Confederazione degli Agromeccanici e Agricoltori Italiani e le ha fatte proprie, realizzando un progetto che inseguivamo da quasi trent’anni”.
