MANTOVA – Mercoledì 18 ottobre a partire dalle ore 9:30 al Teatro Bibiena, si terrà il Convegno La cultura organizzativa e l’amministrazione pubblica. Vent’anni di Sistema di Gestione Qualità e Ambiente del Comune di Mantova. Il Convegno rappresenta l’occasione per ripercorrere i vent’anni dall’avvio del processo che ha portato l’Ente ad ottenere le certificazioni ISO 9001 e ISO 14001 e, a seguire, la Registrazione EMAS. Più in generale, sarà l’occasione per riflettere e rilanciare la necessità per la Pubblica Amministrazione di affrontare la propria complessità in termini di organizzazione sistemica; l’esperienza organizzativa del Comune di Mantova rappresenta, infatti, ancora oggi un unicum nella PA. Accanto ad esperti d’organizzazione come Paolo Braguzzi, già amministratore delegato e direttore generale di Davines spa, che ha saputo accompagnare l’azienda verso percorsi basati sull’etica e sulla sostenibilità fino a trasformarla in una B Corp e Società Benefit, e Chiara Talamo, psicologa del lavoro e dell’organizzazione cui è affidato l’avvio del Convegno, si succederanno interventi affidati a esperti d’organizzazione cresciuti all’interno dell’Ente. In particolare, Jacopo Celona e Elisa Parisi, funzionari rispettivamente dei Servizi Risorse Umane e Ambiente, in staff alla Segreteria Generale, parleranno di strumenti organizzativi e investimenti (e risultati) ambientali.
A concludere il Convegno sarà una Tavola rotonda coordinata da Chiara Morandini con una lunga esperienza in materia di Total Quality Management e oggi direttrice del Dipartimento risorse umane dell’Azienda provinciale per i servizi sanitari della Provincia Autonoma di Trento. Al tavolo si confronteranno su dove e come la Pubblica Amministrazione possa andare: Mattia Palazzi (Sindaco di Mantova) Alessandro Beltrami (AD Mantova Ambiente – gruppo Tea), Massimo Camprini (dirigente Capo Area Infrastrutture Civili Comune di Ravenna) e Sara Musetti (funzionaria Ufficio educazione alla sostenibilità Comune di Ravenna).
È inoltre prevista una partecipazione, molto speciale, di Teatro Magro, che interpreterà i contenuti della Dichiarazione Ambientale del Comune di Mantova documento di impegno verso quell’ambiente che oggi, più che mai, ha bisogno della nostra attenzione e del nostro rispetto.
