Al cimitero di Angeli un percorso commemorativo per Learco Guerra

MANTOVA – 7 febbraio 1963, moriva a soli 61 anni Learco Guerra, la Locomotiva umana, uno dei più grandi campioni di sempre del ciclismo. Le spoglie di Guerra riposano al Cimitero monumentale di Angeli nella tomba di famiglia questa mattina, in occasione del 60° anniversario della scomparsa, è stato inaugurato un percorso, contraddistinto dall’apposita cartellonistica commemorativa, che dall’ingresso porta direttamente alla tomba di Guerra. Si tratta di una delle iniziative organizzate da Tea per la valorizzazione del cimitero monumentale. Lo stesso era stato fatto per Tazio Nuvolari.
Alla cerimonia hanno preso parte Learco Guerra, nipote del campione di cui porta il nome, il presidente provinciale della FCI Fausto Armanini, il presidente provinciale del Coni Giuseppe Faugiana, il presidente del Panathlon Mantova Daniele Pagliari, il segretario dei Veterani dello Sport Giuliano Leali ed Enzo Cartapati, in rappresentanza delle Stelle al Merito Sportivo.
Con Riccardo Tugnoli, Simona Sogliani e Laura Genovesi di Tea. Emozionato e commosso Learco Guerra ha ringraziato Tea per l’iniziativa che va ulteriormente a valorizzare la figura di suo nonno, un grande campione dello sport che ha portato in alto la bandiera di Mantova in tutto il mondo.
