MANTOVA – Il Consiglio Provinciale ha approvato oggi con la maggioranza dei voti il metodo tariffario idrico per il periodo 2020-2023 per il gestore del servizio idrico integrato AqA Mantova S.r.l.
La Provincia, in qualità di Ente di Governo dell’Ambito Territoriale ottimale, ha quindi approvato:
il Programma degli interventi per il quadriennio 2020-2023, il Piano delle Opere Strategiche 2020-2027 e il Piano Economico finanziario, composto da Piano tariffario, Rendiconto finanziario e Conto economico che rileva l’andamento dei costi di gestione e di investimento, nonché la previsione annuale dei proventi da tariffa con esplicitati i connessi valori del moltiplicatore tariffario ed il connesso vincolo dei ricavi,
la Convenzione per regolare i rapporti del gestore tra l’Ente di Governo dell’Ambito Territoriale ottimale della provincia di Mantova e il gestore
la Revisione della nuova articolazione tariffaria applicata agli utenti del servizio idrico integrato dell’Ambito Territoriale ottimale della provincia di Mantova
Per il gestore AqA Mantova S.r.l., a fronte di interventi per un importo di € 86.670.390,54, al netto dei contributi, il Piano Economico finanziario per il periodo 2020-2023 prevede:
– per l’anno 2020 un incremento tariffario del 4,1% rispetto all’anno precedente;
– per l’anno 2021 un incremento tariffario del 2,1% rispetto all’anno precedente;
– per l’anno 2022 un incremento tariffario del 3,6% rispetto all’anno precedente;
– per l’anno 2023 un incremento tariffario del 2,8% rispetto all’anno precedente;
– un valore residuo a fine concessione pari a € 192.341.939;
Per una famiglia media con gli aumenti si passerà da una spesa di 213 euro all’anno ad una di 232 euro.
Via libera anche al metodo tariffario idrico per il periodo 2020 – 2023), per il gestore del servizio idrico integrato IRETI S.P.A.

Considerato che il termine di affidamento della concessione del gestore è previsto per il prossimo 24 maggio 2021, per il gestore IRETI S.p.A., a fronte di interventi per 353.067,71 euro al netto dei contributi, il Piano Economico finanziario per il periodo 2020- 2021 prevede:
– per l’anno 2020 un incremento tariffario del 4,7% rispetto all’anno precedente;
– per l’anno 2021 un incremento tariffario del 5,2% rispetto all’anno precedente
I costi per una famiglia media passeranno da 337 euro all’anno a 355.
Stessa procedura anche per il gestore AIMAG S.p.A., a fronte di interventi per un importo di € 1.480.000,00, al netto dei contributi, il Piano Economico finanziario per il periodo 2020-2023 prevede:
– per l’anno 2020 la tariffa rimane invariata rispetto all’anno precedente;
– per l’anno 2021 la tariffa rimane invariata rispetto all’anno precedente;
– per l’anno 2022 un incremento tariffario del 0,5% rispetto all’anno precedente;
– per l’anno 2023 un incremento tariffario del 0,5% rispetto all’anno precedente; – un valore residuo a fine concessione pari a € 7.516.71
Il Consiglio anche in questo caso ha votato a maggioranza a favore.
