SUZZARA – Il Comune di Suzzara si occupa dal 2020 del coordinamento tecnico della rete Informagiovani provinciale, ed è proprio a Suzzara che si sta tenendo un importante corso di formazione e aggiornamento degli operatori della rete. Presentato dall’assessore al Welfare di Comunità Alessandro Guastalli e da Arianna Ansaloni, coordinatrice della rete, il corso curerà l’aggiornamento professionale del personale degli uffici di Curtatone, Gonzaga, l’Itinerante Alto Mantovano, Ostiglia, Pegognaga, Poggio Rusco, San Benedetto Po, San Giorgio Bigarello, Sermide e Felonica, Suzzara, Viadana a cui si aggiungeranno anche gli operatori dei servizi che stanno per aprire dei comuni di Mantova e Porto Mantovano. Le ore di formazione previste al momento sono 65 in aula più un pacchetto personalizzato per servizio di una decina d’ore. La formazione ha come obiettivi principali l’aggiornamento sostanziale sui pacchetti informativi principali legati alla formazione e al mondo del lavoro, oltre al rafforzamento sul principale strumento di lavoro con le persone, che è il colloquio informativo. Si punterà molto anche a insegnare come mettere a punto strategie condivise di diffusione delle informazioni attraverso i principali social media, in modo da poter essere sempre più capillari possibile.
«Un percorso formativo così lungo e concentrato è uno sforzo importante sia per il Comune di Suzzara che lo organizza, sia per i Comuni dei servizi che parteciperanno – afferma l’assessore Alessandro Guastalli – perché vuol dire far uscire dal servizio per tante ore i propri operatori. Abbiamo però tutti voluto fortemente fare questo sforzo, nella certezza che il servizio informagiovani sia un punto importante di riferimento per le persone che stanno affrontando passaggi molto importanti della loro vita (la scelta di una scuola, la riqualificazione, la ricerca del lavoro) e vogliamo offrire un servizio sempre più attento e puntuale nell’ascolto e nel fabbricare risposte personalizzate».
