Piccoli: “La serie B deve essere un punto di partenza”

MANTOVA – Il presidente Filippo Piccoli, è stato con Christian Botturi e Davide Possanzini, uno degli uomini simbolo della rinascita, della cavalcata trionfale del Mantova che ha riportato la squadra in serie B dopo 14 anni. E proprio Piccoli, emozionatissimo ha dichiarato: “È una gioia immensa. Solo un giorno ce ne renderemo conto di ciò che abbiamo fatto quest’anno perché tutto questo ha veramente dell’incredibile. L’idea era quella di far le cose fatte bene, già quest’estate mi ero roso conto che le cose erano state fatte bene ma non pensavo di centrare subito la B. Adesso pensiamo a festeggiare, ma tra qualche giorno iniziamo a lavorare perché la Serie B per noi dev’essere un punto di partenza e non di arrivo”.
Proprio al presidente Piccoli sono andate le prime parole del direttore tecnico Christian Botturi dopo la promozione.
