MANTOVA – Era fermo al semaforo tra piazzale Porta Cerese e via Allende in auto con un amico, quando un uomo si è avvicinato alla vettura e gli ha puntato una pistola, che a prima vista sembrava una semiautomatica. Fortunatamente il semaforo è diventato verde e il soggetto si è allontanato in fretta percorrendo corso Garibaldi. Protagonista della disavventura un 21enne che il giorno successivo si è recato in Questura per la denuncia.
Sono partite così le indagini della Polizia di Stato che in poche ore, grazie all’analisi delle immagini di video sorveglianza, hanno individuato l’uomo, un pregiudicato residente a Mantova, riuscendo persino a ricostruire il percorso effettuato dalla sua abitazione sino al luogo del delitto.
Gli investigatori hanno quindi attivato una perquisizione urgente d’iniziativa volta alla ricerca di armi e munizioni presso la residenza dell’indagato, riuscendo a rinvenire l’arma, fortunatamente risultata una mera riproduzione, priva di tappo rosso, di una pistola semiautomatica COLT.
L’indagato è stato quindi denunciato alla Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di Mantova in relazione all’ipotesi di minaccia aggravata, ma non si escludono ulteriori approfondimenti volti a comprendere i motivi del gesto che potrebbero essere riconducibili ad una tentata rapina.
