MANTOVA – Un nuovo assetto societario interamente pubblico per Autostrada del Brennero, attraverso la liquidazione dei soci privati che consenta un modello gestionale “in house” della concessione sull’A22, oppure la gara da avviare nel 2021.
“Esprimo soddisfazione per la volontà del Ministro De Micheli di risolvere con legalità e buon senso la questione della concessione autostradale A22.” Dichiara il parlamentare M5S Alberto Zolezzi.
“Dopo 6 anni, grazie anche ai provvedimenti del Ministro Toninelli, si può andare verso una concessione pubblica che garantirà investimenti sui territori”.
“Questo – prosegue Zolezzi – potrebbe portare 160 milioni per la nostra provincia, per Valdaro e per la chiusura della tangenziale est a Mantova. L’esclusione dei soci privati oltre a far avere i finanziamenti garantirà per 30 anni un’autostrada al servizio dei territori.”
“Rinnovare una concessione senza gara con dentro dei soci privati – prosegue Zolezzi – è illegale” per questo auspica che il Sindaco di Mantova “non disturbi” questo importante lavoro.
Zolezzi fa anche un’ulteriore richiesta al Ministro: il raddoppio ferroviario fra Mantova e Cremona-Codogno. In questo caso, la paura del parlamentare 5Stelle è che questa opera venga bloccata in atteda delle decisioni sull’autostrada Mantova-Cremona.
“Il progetto dell’autostrada – conclude Zolezzi – sono anni che blocca il raddoppio ferroviario, un’opera che porterebbe un miglioramento della qualità di vita agli oltre 10mila pendolari che percorrono la tratta da Mantova a Milano tutti i giorni secondo lo studio che i portavoce M5S Fiasconaro e Gaetti hanno commissionato al Politecnico di Milano.” Conclude Zolezzi.
