BAGNOLO SAN VITO – Sabato 22 agosto, al Mantova Outlet Village, sono finalmente iniziate le lezioni di Yoga e Do-In, realizzate in collaborazione con Arci Mantova e Arci Papaqua. Lo Yoga ha come principio base la meditazione e proprio grazie ad essa è possibile ridurre gli schemi mentali e di conseguenza le fluttuazioni della mente. Si riesce così a ricavare, da questa disciplina, innumerevoli benefici: dal miglioramento della concentrazione alla scomparsa delle tensioni mentali e fisiche ma soprattutto la riduzione dello stress e dell’ansia.
Alternate a quelle di Yoga si terranno le sedute di Do-In: una pratica adatta a tutti che permette di migliorare le proprie condizioni di vita utilizzando tecniche corporee e mentali, come stiramenti, ascolto della respirazione e momenti di rilassamento, che hanno lo scopo di attivare e riequilibrare le energie vitali che scorrono nel corpo. Sono le stesse che vengono usate nello yoga e nelle pratiche orientali per il riequilibrio energetico, la differenza tra il Do-In e le altre discipline sta nel modo in cui queste tecniche vengono sviluppate.
Le lezioni sono gratuite e si tengono ogni sabato e domenica, dalle 9.00 alle 10.00. Il tutto si svolge prima dell’apertura del Village, open air, su un ampio spazio verde a cui si accompagnano il suono rilassante dell’acqua che sgorga dalla fontana posta al centro della piazza e il silenzio che avvolge il Village prima dell’apertura. Al termine di ogni lezione, a tutti i partecipanti, viene offerta la colazione. Lo scopo di questa iniziativa è offrire agli utenti una user experience che guardi oltre il semplice shopping divulgando questo tipo di discipline orientate al benessere di corpo e anima.
