MANTOVA – Ancora ritardi per i treni mantovani. Ieri sera il Frecciargento atteso alle 23 a Mantova è arrivato all’1.03 con 123 minuti di ritardo, a causa di un guasto prima alla linea a Roma, e successivamente per il ritardo della preparazione del treno (pulizia interna). A darne notizia è l’Utp – Associazione Utenti Trasporto Pubblico.
«E’ una situazione insostenibile, da quando domenica hanno cambiato l’orario di partenza da Roma (ora parte alle 19.25, prima alle 18.25), ci sono sempre guai, guasti e ritardi – commenta Andrea Bertolini, portavoce dell’Utp. – E’ chiaro che il cambio di orario lo ha chiesto qualcuno dall’alto, non certo i viaggiatori, che per venire a Mantova non lo usano più, preferiscono appoggiarsi a Frecce che arrivano a Reggio Emilia oppure a Modena.
Le lamentele giunte sono costanti e quotidiane – prosegue Bertolini. – Era stato chiesto anche di prolungare il servizio da Mantova su Napoli: fu promesso da Trenitalia, ma poi, si sa, le promesse restano delle chimere… Le decisioni sono palesemente di natura politica; e pensare che da Mantova ci sarebbero molte persone che vanno a sud, e che ora sono costrette ad optare per i treni Italo che partono da Verona, in quanto Trenitalia ha anche tagliato quei pochi treni per Napoli che partivano da Verona».
